I just wanted to thank you for the positive feedback on my application and discussions. I was very nervous starting this course, but thanks to your encouragement and comments, I am starting to relax a lot more about learning online and our program.

Thank you very much Leslie.  I appreciate that you took the time to send me a lengthy response to my question.  I feel really good about my progress so far and you have really been awesome.  I hope to have you as my instructor for all of my courses.

You set a great example for this class. You were "visible." You were prompt in grading. You modeled everything you expected of us. I worked hard not only because I wanted to learn, but also because I wanted you to respect me like I respect you.

Thank you for being you. I have friends in other cohorts whose instructors do not check spelling, grammar, nor whether or not the students are responding to what is being prompted. In fact, they envy me for having you as my instructor. I love it. I have learned a lot from you as well as others in this cohort.

I hope you know that you have been an exemplary example as to the commitment and dedication a teacher should possess in order to provide the best education possible for one's students.  I just felt it important that you know your efforts have been deeply appreciated.

You are doing a magnificent job at giving extra guidance, thorough and complete explanation, you have gone way and above the call of duty, and it seems to me you have qualities that we should all aspire towards.
